1. What does Caelus mean?

Caelus was the literary personification of the sky in Roman mythology and Latin poetry, from the Latin word for "sky", caelum. Caelus was equated by Hellenized Romans with the Greek god of the heavens.

2. What products and services does Caelus Consulting provide?

Caelus Consulting provides three types of products and services.

• SustainTRAIN™ is a series of on-line sustainability training courses. The courses have been developed to address the needs of distinct audiences. These audiences include students, managers and executives.
• CurrentSTATE™ is a comprehensive analytical tool that provides organizations a clear understanding of how sustainable their current operations are and what steps they should consider to improve their overall sustainability.
• StrategyGREEN™ is a consulting service based on Caelus Consulting's Three Tiers of Sustainability™ methodology. This consulting service provides an in-depth roadmap of projects and initiatives that an organization can implement in order to better manage and achieve their sustainability goals and objectives.

3. What are the potential benefits of improved sustainability performance?

The list of possible benefits is long. Probably the quickest and most easily tracked benefit will be cost savings. Improving business practices and cutting waste are core activities when improving sustainability performance. Some of the other expected benefits include increased compliance, enhanced reputation, increased competitive advantage, increased productivity and a resurgence of innovation.

5. How are SustainTRAIN courses delivered?

Our SustainTRAIN courses are delivered through the internet using the Articulate eLearning platform. Once your have purchased a course, you will receive an email that will have a link to a page where you will chose a log-in and password. Once these have been chosen, you will be able to log into your account either by clicking on the SustainTRAIN Account Login graphic on our home page, or alternatively you can bookmark the following address - https://sustaintrain.articulate-online.com/Login.aspx. Your account would remain open until the course has been completed (up to one year).

6. How is CurrentSTATE delivered?

The CurrentSTATE diagnostic is delivered in the following way:

1. The CurrentSTATE module is ordered from the Web Store
2. You will receive an Introduction Packet by email
3. Schedule your Kick Off meeting - Approximately 30 minute presentation and question and answer session
4. You will receive your CurrentSTATE link
5. Complete the CurrentSTATE form
6. Click 'Done' on final page
7. Schedule a meeting to deliver Analysis Report
8. Analysis Report presentation - Where the Analysis Report is delivered and the findings are discussed

7. How can we receive StrategyGREEN consulting services?

StrategyGREEN consulting services are unique for each engagement. Initially, a Scoping meeting would take place where the scope of services are defined. The purpose of this meeting would be to arrive at a clear understanding of exactly how our services can help your organization achieve its objectives. Caelus Consulting would then prepare a consulting contract for your approval. Once this has been accepted, we would arrange to begin the engagement.

8. How can I pay for your products and services?

All products and services can be purchased through the Web Store. We accept all major credit cards. Payment through bank transfer can also be arranged.
